Then it started raising up. I bought this stuff, clipped my toenail down as far as I could and have been applying this cream for the past month. Wayy too embarrassed to go to my doctor but this seems to do the trick.

I have tried about every over-the-counter product there is, including Vicks Vaporub which was recommended by a Kaiser podiatrist. I have seen a general physician and podiatrist and taken a systemic drug prescribed by my physician. I accidentally brought up the topic of my toe fungus in a doctor appt with a dermatologist. And that was when I finally got good advice.

She told me there are dozen of bacteria that cause toe fungus and to effectively treat it, I needed to do a lab test to check to see what I had. She took some nail clippings and got back to me. She identified what the culprit was and that the systemic medicine I had taken wasn't the right one for my problem.

After blood tests to make sure I had a good liver she gave me a prescription for Lamisil. I was supposed to take it for 3-4 months along with Terbinafine Hydrochloride topically. And it started making a difference. I have had this problem for 20 years and finally, finally something really worked.

But after a couple months I started itching and breaking out. It was determined that I was allergic to the medication. And I had to stop it. I continue to use the Terbinafine but unfortunately the it is not stopping the growth of the fungus. I do think it slows it down though and I use it religiously every morning and every evening. Bottom line, get your doctor to get some lab tests on it to find out what you are dealing with.

The ringworm would improve for a few days and then return again. Nothing seemed to work. I purchased this cream as a last resort because I had success in the past using Lamisil. After just a few days of use the ringworm faded and was barely noticeable.

After one week, the ringworm was totally gone. I have very sensitive skin, so I was pleased with how effective this cream was and also how it did not irritate my skin. If you have a tough rash or fungal infection you should really try this cream.

It will save you time and money. I couldn't give this stuff a higher recommendation. Read more 85 people found this helpful Helpful Report abuse Amazon Customer5.

Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2020Verified Purchase I can't believe it, but somehow my toenails got some fungus on them. Looked all over to find something, read the reviews here, and thought I would give this a try. I've been using for a few weeks now, and it is definitely helping.

New growth is looking good, and slowly cutting off the damaged nail. I use it 2 times a day and could probably tell a difference within a week. Very glad I tried it. I'm shocked how fast it has improved Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2018Verified Purchase I had been using essential oils for nail fungus for about 4 months, with little to no improvement.

I've applied this to my nail nightly for about 2 weeks now, and the fungus is dramaticaly better. I'm shocked how fast it has improved. The tube does say "not for nails" but it has worked for me.
